New decisions regarding the citations to hearings in the procedure before filing labor suits

The decision was enacted by the Government through Decree 73/2022, and it became effective as from its publication on February 11, 2022. 

It was decided that the citations to hearings before the mandatory labor conciliation service of the National Labor, Employment and Social Security Ministry may be notified at the electronic address that is appointed before the Tax Authority or at the postal address. The decision also sets a procedure in case the service fails and fines for failing to attend to the hearings of up to ARS 25,080.
