This resolution establishes that subjects performing prospection, exploration, exploitation and/or benefit of metallic minerals must present, together with the biannual updating of the Environmental Affidavit, for every mining right, an affidavit before March 1 of every year to inform whether or not they are performing mining activities. Furthermore, it is binding to present the Environmental Affidavit for every mining right and their biannual updates, even when they have not performed any production.
