The province made an appearance, for the first time, in the Political Potentiality Index for the mining sector. This measurement is made by the Fraser Institute of Canada.
The Fraser Institute of Canada placed the Province of Neuquén, for the first time, in the Political Potentiality Index regarding mining investment in Latin America. It is ranked second between the most attractive countries for investors. This is done taking into account the perception of the main worldwide economic players.
