Tires

By Resolution 139/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of rubber tires, of the kind used for tourism cars (including family cars (break or station wagon)), for racing cars, buses or trucks (except those sized 11,00-24); and the rest of rubber tires, with high shapes of grooves, “herring-bones” or similar, of the kind used in vehicles and agricultural or forestry machines, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 4011.10.00, 4011.20.90, 4011.61.00, 4011.92.10 and 4011.92.90.
