NationalResolution No. 9/2012 enacted by the Secretary of Industry on 02/29/2012 (published in the Official Gazette on 03/01/2012)

It creates the “Registro de Bienes de Capital No Producidos en Argentina” (Register of Capital Goods not Manufactured in Argentina) within the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Industry, and it provides that those companies interested in declaring that there is no Argentine production of certain goods must inform same by means of an affidavit filed within 30 calendar days from the publication of this resolution in the official gazette. Once this term has expired, if the information stated in the affidavits is confirmed, the Deputy Secretary of Industry will order its registration.
