NationalResolution No. 31,160 enacted by the Argentine Superintendence of Insurance on 10/19/2012 (published in the Official Gazette on 10/29/2012)

This resolution approves the General Terms for the “Surety Insurance Policy for Environmental Damages with a Collective Impact” and the “Liability Insurance Policy for Environmental Damages with a Collective Impact”. In addition, it modifies the General Rules for Insurance Activity, and approves the application forms and the particular conditions for this mandatory insurance. The information regarding the insured recorded in those forms are considered minimum standards, allowing the Insurance Company to include the information they consider necessary for all intents and purposes of the subscription.
