Executive Decree (“DNU”) No. 459/2020, published in the Official Gazette on 05/11/2020 (National)
This DNU extends the validity of Decree No. 297/2020 (about the social mandatory isolation) until May 24, 2020.
Resolution No. 138/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, published in the Official Gazette on 04/28/2020 (National)
It extends until June 30, 2020 the validity of the Annual Environmental Certificates granted to Transporters and Operators of Hazardous and Pathogenic Waste under Federal Law No. 24,051 that would have operated as of March 1, 2020.
Decree No. 458/2020, published in the Official Gazette on 05/11/2020 (National)
It extends suspension of the administrative proceedings deadlines provided by Decree No. 298/2020 until May 24, 2020.
Resolution No. 15/2020 issued by the Mining Secretariat, published in the Official Gazette on 04/28/2020 (National)
This Resolution aauthorizes the issuance of certificates derived from the use of the benefits provided by the Mining Investments Law (“LIM”), initiated through the TAD platform, of the Electronic Document Management System, suspending the issuance of said documents by any other method.
Likewise, it establishes that the Mining Investment’s National Directorate, by itself or through its dependent areas, must give intervention to the Undersecretaries of Policy and Commercial Management, prior to issuing the authorizations for the use of the benefit provided in section 21 of the LIM, in order to report the status of the declaration made by the applicant in the Comprehensive Import Monitoring System (“SIMI”).
Finally, it provides that the request for information sent to the aforementioned Authority suspend the deadlines for issuing the authorization established in Resolution No. 89/2019 of the former Ministry of Mining Policy.

It extends until May 10th the measures issued by Resolution No. 8/2020 regarding the suspension of customer service for procedures related to the Mining Investment Law.
Decree No. 612/2020, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Mendoza on 05/11/2020
Among other measures, the aforementioned Decree established the suspension of the deadlines and procedures of the administration area in the Gran Mendoza territory (Ciudad de Mendoza, Godoy Cruz, Las Heras, Guaymallén, Luján de Cuyo and Maipú Departments) until May 24, 2020.
