Federico is a well-known professional from Salta who worked at Marval for 14 years. He is also specialized in advising corporate clients on M&A, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions, specifically in infrastructure projects in the energy sector (renewable energy, Oil & Gas, mining, etc.).
