Marval appoints new partners in Tax and Intellectual Property areas

Marval O'Farrell Mairal announced the incorporation of Luciana Martina Virgile and Manuela Adrogué as partners of the firm.

Luciana Martina Virgile joined Marval in 2013 and is currently working in the area of Tax.

Luciana specialises in tax advice mostly for large corporate clients from the automobile, telecommunications, banking, software, energy, mining, pharma, and food sectors. She has broad experience in different matters related to tax planning for international and local companies, and in both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, M&A and tax-free reorganisations, financing, structuring, and relocation of businesses, as well as complex and sensitive tax litigation.

She graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2011 and has concluded the tax specialized master at the same university.
 

Manuela Adrogué joined Marval in 2019 and is currently working in the area of Intellectual Property.

Her practice encompasses a wide range of activities including privacy and data protection, negotiations of international data protection transfers and agreements, IT M&A transactions, IP agreements, IT agreements, anti-counterfeiting and trademark protection. She also has experience as brand protection analyst, where she advises multinational consumer goods companies on different strategies on how to protect their intellectual property portfolio. 

She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2012.

The addition of these new partners will strengthen the firm's ability to offer comprehensive advice in key areas such as taxation and intellectual property, thus improving service to our clients and expanding our reach in strategic sectors.
