Call for Online Gaming Licenses in the Province of Córdoba

The Lottery of the Province of Córdoba S.E. ("Lottery of Córdoba") issued a call for National and International Public Bidding for the granting of licenses for the organization, exploitation, and development of the online gaming activity, in its different modalities, through electronic, computer, telecommunication or any other interactive procedure, to be developed in the Province of Córdoba (the "Bidding"). Up to ten licenses to operate online gaming within the Province of Cordoba will be awarded through the Bidding.

Those interested in obtaining one of the licenses must submit their technical and economic proposal before July 5, 2022, at the Lottery of Córdoba's main office.

Bidders may be individuals or legal entities, public or private entities that demonstrate that: a) they have acquired the Bidding documents and complied with the conditions required in the Bidding; b) they have a domicile in the Province of Córdoba; c) they have technical solvency: a minimum demonstrable experience in the development of online gaming activities in the last two years, as from the date of the Bidding, according to the provisions established in Regulating Decree No. 460/2022 (the "Decree No. 460/2022") of the Law of the Province of Córdoba No. 10. 793 (the "Law No. 10,793"); d) they have economic and financial solvency; e) they have a corporate purpose and/or activity directly related to online gaming.

Foreign companies must be incorporated pursuant to Section 118 of the Argentine Companies Law No. 19,550 and may only bid under a joint venture with another Argentine company. The participation of the local partner in the proceeds of the joint venture must be of at least 15 %.

The call for bids and later awarding will be governed by Law No. 10,973, Decree No. 460/2022, and the Resolutions of the Board of Directors of Loteria de Córdoba. The term of the license will be fifteen years, non-extendable.
