Court of Appeals in Labor Matters Adopts New Criterion for Updating Labor Credits

Through Resolution 3 of March 14, 2024, the Court of Appeals on Labor Matters of the City of Buenos Aires adopted a new mechanism for updating labor credits. This mechanism considers the Reference Stabilization Coefficient (CER) plus an annual rate of 6% from the due date, with a single capitalization of interests on the date the complaint is served, and exclusively on the referred annual rate.
