Official fees increase for trademark matters
Following Resolution 122/2022, published in the Official Gazette of December 27, 2022, the official fees corresponding to trademark proceedings, patents, and industrial designs and models have been modified.
In this regard, a gradual increase will be applied in two stages: the first one will become effective as from January 1, 2023, and the second one as from March 1, 2023.
In relation to trademark matters, the main changes are as follows:
