Federal:
Resolution No. 104/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. Hydrofluorocarbons are incorporated into the Import and Export Licensing System as established by Decree No. 1609/2004.
Resolution No. 113/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. It establishes a fine of ARS 25,000 for industrial and/or special facilities that fail to submit the Annual Sworn Statement of Industrial Liquid Effluents, referred to in Decree No. 674/89, as amended by Decree No. 776/92.
Resolution No. 120/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. It establishes that public and/or private health service providers which in response to the health emergency produced by COVID-19, occasionally generate hazardous waste (Y1) and clinical waste resulting from medical care through transitory facilities, must comply with the "Procedure for the Authorization of Law No. 24,051 Manifests”.
Resolution No. 131/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. It extends until July 31, 2020 the term for submitting the Annual Sworn Statement established by Section 10 of Decree No. 674/1989, for the year 2019.
Resolution No. 138/2020 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. It extends until June 30, 2020 the validity of the Annual Environmental Certificates of Transporters and Operators of Hazardous and Pathogenic Wastes.
Resolution No. 3/2020 issued by the Regulatory Agency of Water Sanitation. The benefit of the Social Tariff is renewed in all its modalities for those beneficiaries who have it granted on February 29, 2020 and whose expiration is between February 29, 2020 and May 31, 2020 and/or until the lifting of the "social, preventive and mandatory isolation" established by Decree No. 297 dated on March 19, 2020 and its respective extensions.
Resolution No. 36/2020 issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Authority. It approves Rule AR 10.6.1. “Management system for the safety of premises and practices”.
Matanza-Riachuelo Basin Authority:
Resolution No. 71/2020 issued by the Matanza-Riachuelo Basin Authority. It approves ACUMAR’s Organizational Structure, Internal Regulation and Organization Chart.
Provision No. 38/2020 issued by the Matanza-Riachuelo Basin Authority. It enables the electronic submission of documentation under Presidency Resolution ACUMAR No. 12/2019, for persons who are registered in accordance with Presidency Resolution ACUMAR No. 297/2018, as amended and supplemented.
Autonomous City of Buenos Aires:
Resolution No. 87/2020 issued by the Environmental Protection Agency. It amends Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Resolution No. 85-GCABA-APRA/2020 by means of which the validity of the certificates and the presentations corresponding to the administrative proceedings pending before the APRA were exceptionally extended.
Province of Buenos Aires:
Decree No. 251/2020. It sets a series of obligations headed by the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development due to the health emergency and brings the prices of certain essential activities and services back to the values in force on March 6, 2020.
