Abrogation of Import Certificates
January 25, 2013

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, by Resolution 11/2013, abrogated the outstanding Import Certificates implemented through Non Automatic Import Licensing Procedures. The Resolution is effective as from January 25, 2013.
The following Import Certificates have been abrogated:
- Import Certificate for Paper;
- Import Certificates for Domestic Appliances;
- Import Certificate for Toys;
- Import Certificate for Footwear;
- Import Certificate for Motorbikes;
- Import Certificate for Tires for Bicycles;
- Import Certificate for Soccer Balls;
- Import Certificate for Textile Products;
- Import Certificate for Various Manufactured Products;
- Import Certificate for Parts of Footwear;
- Import Certificate for Metallurgical Products;
- Import Certificate for Yarns and Fabrics;
- Import Certificate for Tires;
- Import Certificate for Various Products;
- Import Certificate for Screw and Similar;
- Import Certificate for Auto Parts and Similar; and
- Import Certificate for Automobiles.
