By Resolution 223/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of isolation displacement connectors, with cap, of two channels and double contact, for the connection of metallic conductors, originated in the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of India, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8536.90.90.
