Second Stage of the Federal Roads Network Concession Program
The Federal Government called for public hearings to move forward with the bidding process to award the operation of over 4400 km of federal roads.

Resolution 827/2025 of the Argentine Highway Authority (DNV) was published in the Official Gazette on May 19, 2025, calling for public hearings on the Federal Roads Network Concession - Stage 2 program. This measure implements the provisions of Decree 97/2025, which ordered the complete privatization of state-owned Corredores Viales SA (CVSA) and empowered the Ministry of Economy to call for national and international public biddings to award the sections of Argentina’s federal roads currently operated by CVSA.
The contracts to be awarded pursuant to this Program will be governed by the Work Concessions Law 17520, as recently amended by the Bases Law 27742, passed in 2024.
The Federal Roads Network Concession - Stage 2 program extends over the territory of the Provinces of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Cordoba, San Luis, and La Pampa and is divided into the following eight sections:
- South Access Section, with a total length of 50.30 km on the Riccheri, Newbery and Ezeiza Cañuelas highways.

- Atlantic Section, with a total length of 404.32 km on federal road 226.
- Pampa Section, with a total length of 546.65 km on federal road 5.
- Mediterranean Section, with a total length of 672.32 km on federal roads 7 and 35.

Some preliminary bidding documents related to the Program have already been published on the official DNV website, including the draft contract to be entered into between the Federal Government and the companies that are awarded the new concessions.
