Program for Institutions Serving People with Disabilities

Through Resolution 122, issued on May 15, 2025, the Government of the City of Buenos Aires created the program Support for Institutions for People with Disabilities – Federal Law 24901. This program offers temporary and exceptional financial assistance to institutions in the City of Buenos Aires that provide services such as day care centers, therapeutic education centers, group homes, and residential facilities, if they are registered in the Federal Registry of Service Providers for People with Disabilities, under Law 24901.

The sum and payment method will be determined by the Commission for the Full Participation and Inclusion of People with Disabilities (COPIDIS), which will also issue any necessary rules or guidelines for implementing the program.
