By Resolution 2/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of domestic, electronic heating devices for closed areas or floors, excluding oil and accumulation radiators, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff code (NMC) 8516.29.00.
