Antidumping Proceedings: Aluminum Radiators (Italy, China)

Through Resolution 1131/2024, the Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measures on exports from Italy and China to Argentina of “aluminum radiators, for domestic use, for central heating, non-electrically heated.” The goods involved are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 7615.10.00.

The Resolution also opened an investigation for possible evasion of the measure applied by Resolution 1283/2019 of the former Ministry of Production and Labor, in connection with exports from China.

It was the companies ACQUATERM SRL and PEI SA that requested the opening of the sunset review.

So far, authorities have estimated an individual dumping margin of 109.07% for exports to Argentina from the Italian firm RADIATORI 2000 SPA and of 155.37% for the rest of Italy. They also calculated a margin dumping of 48.10% for China (considering exports to Peru as a third market).

The Resolution establishes that the review will be carried out without applying antidumping measures.
