Antidumping Proceedings: Central Heat Boilers
The Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review for exports from Italy and Slovakia to Argentina of central heat boilers.

Through Resolution 284/2025, the Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measures set for exports from Italy and Slovakia to Argentina of "central heat boilers, except those under heading 84.02, with a capacity equal to or less than 200,000 kcal/h."
The goods involved are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 8403.10.10.
It was the companies ACQUATERM SRL and PEI SA that requested the opening of the sunset review.
So far, authorities have estimated a weighted average dumping margin of 57% for exports to Argentina of the product originating from Italy and a definitive antidumping ad valorem right (calculated using FOB terms) of 24% for the product originating from Slovakia.
The Resolution establishes that the review will be carried out while maintaining the current antidumping measures, until the examination process is concluded.
