Valentin Nehuen Paez

Valentín Páez joined Marval in 2023 and is Associate in the Patent Department. His practice is focused on patent litigation, both for rejection and infringement.
 

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Mendoza in 2022 and, in 2023, was awarded with a scholarship to study at the Universidad Austral, where he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
 

Throughout his university studies, he was a teaching assistant in Administrative Law, and was a member of the university's team for international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration competitions, where he received collective and individual awards. He currently coaches the team.
 

Valentín is also an industrial property agent and has started his engineering studies in 2022 to enhance his technical background for the practice of patent law.
