Tomas Enrique Cassagne

Tomas Cassagne joined Marval in 2025 and is currently a member of the Competition/Antitrust area.
 

His practice focuses on representing and advising companies, both domestic and international, on matters relating to the Argentine merger control regime and in investigations of anti-competitive conduct conducted by local competition authorities.

Tomas graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) in 2025. Previously, he gained professional experience in the corporate sector, working in the Compliance areas of companies such as Sanofi and YPF.
