Sofía Rojas Pellerano joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2026 and currently practices in the areas of Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) and Entertainment, eSports and Gaming.
Her practice focuses on advising on regulatory and corporate law matters within these practice areas.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Cassagne Abogados, Mitrani Caballero and Ernst & Young (EY).
She graduated with honors as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2023, specializing in Business Law. She was also awarded the Academic Excellence Award by the Buenos Aires Bar Association in recognition of her undergraduate studies.
She currently teaches in the Professional Orientation Cycle (CPO) of the Law degree at the same university, in the courses “Patent Law” and “Industrial Property, Market and Competition Law.” In addition, she is an assistant researcher at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies in Industrial and Economic Law (CEIDIE).
She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
