Pablo Cereijido is a partner at Marval O’Farrell Mairal and a senior advisor on complex insurance and reinsurance matters in Argentina.

His practice focuses on advising insurers, reinsurers, insurance and reinsurance brokers and international market participants in high-stakes regulatory, reinsurance and crisis-driven situations, particularly where legal, regulatory and commercial issues intersect.

Pablo is typically involved in matters requiring senior judgment, strategic assessment of regulatory exposure, pre-dispute advisory work and sensitive situations affecting insurers or reinsurers’ operations in Argentina.

He has extensive experience in reinsurance structures, major insurance and reinsurance claims, portfolio transfers, market entry and exit strategies, regulatory scenarios, and the incorporation, merger and restructuring of insurance and reinsurance entities.

Pablo worked as a foreign associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Department of a London law firm and regularly advises international clients on cross-border matters involving Argentina.
