Martín Cammarata

Martín Cammarata joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department.

His practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency, class actions, and complex commercial litigation. He is the only Argentine to have obtained the Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law.

Martín also completed a specialization in Business Law at the National University of Rosario, along with two postgraduate diplomas at Universidad Austral: one in Contracts and International Judicial Litigation and another in Commercial and Investment Arbitration.

He has finished a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de San Andrés, which included an academic exchange at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
