María Victoria Guerricagoitia

María Victoria Guerricagoitia joined Marval in 2023 and is member of the Corporate/M&A Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising and assisting companies in a wide variety of corporate, registration and transactional matters.

María Victoria graduated with honors as a lawyer from Universidad Católica Argentina in March 2023, and received the Academic Excellence Award to the best averages granted by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires. She recently completed the Postgraduate Course on Current Corporate Law offered by Universidad Austral.

María Victoria participates in the research area of the Universidad Católica Argentina, in projects focused on different topics and has an article published in the publishing house El Derecho, during 2020 related to Constitutional Law together with other articles published in university magazines. She also worked as a Research Associate at UCA-CONCIET in a project related to Constitutional Law during the year 2021.

Before joining the firm, she worked in other leading law firms in the area of Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital and of the City of Buenos Aires.
