Lucía Ramos

Lucía Ramos graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires for her outstanding academic performance. Additionally, she has an advanced level of English language skills, certified by the University of Cambridge.

Lucía joined Marval in 2023 as a member of the Corporate/M&A Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising both local and foreign companies on a wide range of corporate, registration, contractual, cross-border and transactional matters. Moreover, she is also a part of the Anti-Corruption Compliance and Investigations team.

Prior to joining the firm, Lucía worked for five years at a leading law firm specialized in labor litigation.
