Julieta Monteroni

Julieta Monteroni joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2014 and is currently a senior associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Department.

Julieta graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina Law School in 2014. In 2019, she completed a Master of Laws at Georgetown University while she worked as Legal Extern at Clifford Chance LLP (Washington DC, United States). From 2019 to 2023, she worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP (Miami, United States), and in 2024 she joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal again.

Her practice focuses on international dispute resolution involving investment and commercial claims, as well as disputes related to government agencies and constitutional matters. She has experience in the energy, construction, and infrastructure industries, and in other regulated industries.

Her experience also includes matters related to government contracts, procurement proceedings, and anti-corruption in the context of interactions with public officials.

Julieta is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the New York Bar.
