Felipe Fernández

Felipe Fernández joined Marval O´Farrell Mairal in 2023 and currently works as a member of the Banking & Corporate Finance Department, where he specializes in FinTech.

His practice focuses on advising Energy and FinTech industry companies on a wide range of corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Felipe is a lawyer graduated with honors from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2022, subsequently he obtained an international certification in Ethics and Compliance at the University of CEMA.

Also, he completed postgraduate course in Companies and Contracts organized by the Catholic University of Buenos Aires in 2023. After this, he completed a postgraduate course in Regulation of Hydrocarbons and the Energy Industry at the Catholic University of Buenos Aires.

He is a member of Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
