Delfina Calderale joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Trademarks, Technology and Intellectual Property Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising international and local clients on strategy matters in relation to trademark registration and opposition proceedings.
Delfina is also actively involved in providing trademark-related advice to NGOs under the firm's Pro-Bono Program.
During her studies, Delfina completed an academic exchange at the Université Catholique de Louvain, where she deepened her knowledge of intellectual property rights.
She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2021. Subsequently, she completed the specialization "Artificial Intelligence and Law" online from the University of Salamanca.
Before joining Marval, she worked as a lawyer in Banking and Capital Markets at a leading law firm.
Delfina is also a certified IP agent and a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF).
