Candela Di Cuffa

Candela Di Cuffa joined Marval in 2023 and is a semi senior associate, member of the Banking & Finance department.

Candela has participated in a variety of cross-border transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loan agreements, M&A, project finance, and advisory work on a wide range of commercial contracts.

As part of Marval’s Young Professionals Program, she also worked in the White Collar Crime and Oil & Gas department.

She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Austral in 2022, where she also completed a Diploma in Compliance and Criminal Law. She has pursued further postgraduate studies and specialized courses, including the Advanced Practice in M&A at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, the Postgraduate Course in White Collar Crime at Universidad Católica Argentina, and the Leadership, Communication and Critical Thinking course at UWC Atlantic College.

Candela is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CPACF) and participates in the Argentine Young Banking Lawyers Committee.
