Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Kingspan Group on the acquisition of a majority equity stake in the companies Acerolatina S.A. and Fríolatina S.A., belonging to Grupo LTN.

The transaction involved Kingspan Group's acquisition of the majority equity stake in companies specialized in the provision of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and highly complex sustainable construction solutions through the large-scale manufacturing of thermal and acoustic insulated panels, located in the province of Mendoza.
