Marval advised the selling shareholders of Rural Ceres S.A., Tolvas S.A. and Cetomaq24 S.A. (“Ceres Tolvas”) on the sale of all the shares of these companies to Grupo Faro Verde.

Ceres Tolvas is a company with nearly 50 years of experience in the Argentine agricultural value chain, engaged in grain origination and trading, agricultural inputs, animal nutrition, agrotechnology and agricultural machinery. Grupo Faro Verde, for its part, has more than two decades of experience and operates across multiple segments of the agricultural value chain, with activities spanning agricultural, livestock and forestry production in Buenos Aires, Patagonia and Uruguay.

The transaction brings together the experience and expertise developed by both organizations, connecting capabilities in production, commercialization, logistics and services.
