Marval advised the sellers of Banco Voii S.A. on the sale of their share capital to the shareholders of Cocos Capital, Nicolás Mindlin and Ariel Sbdar

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised the sellers of Banco Voii S.A. on the closing of the sale of 99.9388% of the company’s share capital to the shareholders of Cocos Capital, Nicolás Mindlin and Ariel Sbdar, for a total purchase price of USD 20 million.

The transaction, whose share purchase agreement had been executed previously and was subject to the prior approval of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, closed on June 30, 2026, following the receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
