Marval once again participated in a significant capital markets transaction
On July 24, 2025, Loma Negra Compañia Industrial Argentina SA issued its Class 5 Notes for a nominal value of USD 112,878,134, at a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 8%, maturing on July 24, 2027. The notes are denominated and payable in USD in Argentina, under Loma Negra’s global program for the issuance of simple notes (non-convertible into shares) for up to USD 500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
Loma Negra, the leading company in the production and commercialization of cement in Argentina, will use the proceeds from this issuance to strengthen working capital in the country and refinance existing liabilities.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA acted as organizing and placing agent, while Banco Santander Argentina SA, Balanz Capital Valores SAU, Puente Hnos SA, Allaria SA, Invertir en Bolsa SA, Petrini Valores SA, Facimex Valores SA, Cocos Capital SA, Adcap Securities Argentina SA, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) SAU, PP Inversiones SA, Option Securities SA and Banco CMF SA acted as placing agents.
