We present a new edition of Marval Live Talks, our streaming conference series, where we address the most relevant developments in today’s legal landscape.

On March 3, 2026, we held a new edition of #MarvalLiveTalks focused on the key aspects of the scope and impact of the 2026 Labor Reform, amid significant changes to Argentina’s labor regime.

The session reviewed the main amendments introduced by the reform, with particular emphasis on their impact on companies’ day-to-day management and labor risk assessment.

In particular, the discussion covered:

  • main regulatory changes and their impact on daily operations,
  • potential risks in certain areas of implementation,
  • the scope of the reform regarding hiring, work hours, leaves of absence, terminations, and collective bargaining.

The session was led by partners Enrique M. Stile, Jose María Llano, Diego S. Kelly, Rodrigo Sola Torino, and Guillermo Osorio, who provided a practical analysis of the challenges this reform poses for HR, Talent, Labor Relations, and Legal and Compliance leaders.
