Modificaciones en el Impuesto a las Ganancias para personas físicas |
| El 23 de febrero de 2016 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial el Decreto No. 394/2016 referente al impuesto a las ganancias y al incremento de las deducciones anuales en concepto de ganancia no imponible, cargas de familia y deducción especial, previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley de Impuesto a las Ganancias, texto ordenado en 1997.

Modificación del tope de aportes para los trabajadores en relación de dependencia |
| El 26 de febrero de 2016 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución N° 28/2016 de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social, que modificó a partir del mes de marzo de 2016 las bases imponibles mínimas y máximas para determinar el monto de los aportes con destino al Sistema Previsional Argentino (SIPA).

| Decree No. 394/2016 regarding income tax and the increase in the annual deduction on non-taxable income, family charges and special deduction set forth in Section 23 of the Income Tax Law, as amended, was published in the Official Gazette on February 23, 2016.

Modification to the cap of the employee’s contributions under labor relationship |
| By Resolution No. 28/2016, published in the Official Gazette in February 26, 2016, the Social Security Authority modified the minimum and maximum taxable bases to determine the amount of contributions destined to the Argentine Social Security System (SIPA), as from the March 2016 pay period.
