Antidumping investigations
Hand-operated spanners and wrenches from China, India and Chinese Taipei

By Resolution 78/2014, the Secretary of Trade initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of hand-operated fix spanners and wrenches, even in sets, except: combined spanners with pawl; impact spanners of the kind used in heavy industries; torque wrenches; and fix spanners of length longer than 510 mm, from the People's Republic of China, the Republic of India and from Chinese Taipei, classified under Mercosur customs tariff code (NCM) 8204.11.00.

The company SNA-E (ARGENTINA) S.R.L. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 225.44%% for China; 252.56% for India; and 403.47% for Chinese Taipei.

India has been selected as the third market economy country.

Investigaciones antidumping
Llaves de ajuste de mano fijas originarias de China, India y Taipei Chino

Mediante la Resolución 78/2014, la Secretaría de Comercio declaró procedente la apertura de investigación por presunto dumping en operaciones de  exportación hacia la República Argentina de llaves de ajuste de mano fijas, incluso en juegos, excepto: llaves combinadas con trinquete en uno de sus extremos, presentadas aisladamente; llaves de impacto de los tipos utilizadas en industrias pesadas, presentadas aisladamente; llaves dinamométricas, presentadas aisladamente o en juegos y llaves fijas cuyo largo sea superior a 510 mm, presentadas aisladamente, originarias de la República Popular China, de la República de la India y del Taipei Chino, mercadería que clasifica en la posición arancelaria de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) 8204.11.00.

La empresa SNA-E (ARGENTINA) S.R.L. solicitó el inicio de la investigación.

Las autoridades calcularon un presunto margen de dumping del 225,44% para China; 252,56% para India; y 403,47 para Taipei Chino.

India ha sido seleccionada como tercer país de economía de mercado.
