Resolution No. 520/2014 enacted by the Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable
Development - It creates the water quality plan for the south coastal
area of the Rio de la Plata River.

and Sustainable Development - It sets requirements for obtaining and
renewing the Environmental Annual Certificate for occasional generators

Decree No. 531/2014 - It forbids, in the San Jorge Gulf Basin
waters of provincial domain, the exploration of hydrocarbons by using
underwater detonations in 2D and 3D shapes by means of seismic surveys,
in which the intensity exceeds one hundred twenty decibels. It creates a
"Technical Board" for the approval of environmental impact
assessments.
