1) Steel Drums from Chile
By Resolution 49/2012, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of steel drums of a capacity of 200 liters to 230 liters, with removable lid, secured by a metallic ring (suncho) with a mechanical shutter, from the Republic of Chile, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NCM) 7310.10.90.
2) Plastic Containers from Brazil
By Resolution 50/2012, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of plastic containers, of a length equal or longer than 190 mm but equal or below to 520 mm, of a width equal or higher than 120 mm but equal or below to 290 mm, and of high equal or higher than 160 mm but equal or below to 250 mm, with 3 or 6 compartments, including lids, tops and top covers, from the Federative Republic of Brazil, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NCM) 8507.90.20.
3) Transmission belts from Brazil and China
By Resolution 52/2012, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of transmission belts of vulcanized rubber, reinforced only with textile materials, of a width equal or higher than 300 mm, from the Federative Republic of Brazil and the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NCM) 4010.12.00.
