Third Stage of the Federal Road Concessions Network Program
The Federal Government called for public hearings to [MF1] advance the third stage of the Federal Concessions Network, covering over 3900 km of federal roads.
Resolution 924/2025 of the Argentine Highway Authority (DNV), published in the Official Gazette on June 5, 2025, calls for public hearings on the Federal Road Concessions Network–Stage 3 program.
As established for Stages 1 and 2, the contracts to be awarded pursuant to this Program will be governed by the Public Works Concession Law 17520, as recently amended by the Bases Law 27742, passed in 2024.
The Federal Road Concessions Network–Stage 3 program extends over the territory of the Provinces of Santa Fe, Cordoba, Entre Rios, Santiago del Estero, Jujuy, Salta, Tucuman, Corrientes, Chaco, Misiones and Mendoza, and is divided into the following eight sections:
- Central Section, with a total length of 679.03 km on federal roads 9, 19, and 34.
- Mesopotamian Section, with a total length of 342.82 km on federal roads 12, 18, and A-012.
- North Central Section, with a total length of 536.43 km on federal road 34.
- Northwest Section, with a total length of 596.52 km on federal roads 9, 34, 66, 1V66, and A-016.
- Litoral Section, with a total length of 546.74 km on federal roads 12 and 16.
- Northeast Section, with a total length of 456.22 km on federal roads 12 and 105.
- Chaco–Santa Fe Section, with a total length of 497.18 km on federal road 11.
- Cuyo Section, with a total length of 329.09 km on federal road 7.
The public hearings will be held in the cities of Mendoza (Cuyo Section), San Miguel de Tucuman (North Central and Northwest Sections), Resistencia (Chaco-Santa Fe, Litoral and Northeast Sections) and Parana (Mesopotamian and Central Sections), respectively, on June 30 and July 2, 4 and 7, 2025.
Registration to participate in these hearings is free and can be completed between June 8 and 28, 2025, through the official DNV website, where the tender file and preliminary documents will also be available for review.
