Decree No. 192/2017 issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mining on 03/20/2017, published in the Official Gazette on 03/30/2017 It creates the Registry of Import Operations of Crude Oil and its Derivatives in order to register the import operations of crude oil and its derivatives subject to authorization, according to this decree and to the procedures issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mining through the Secretary of Hydrocarbon Resources. Resolution No. 47-E/2017 issued by the Secretary of Hydrocarbon Resources on 03/30/2017, published in the Official Gazette on 04/03/2017 It approves the General Regulation of the Registry of Import Operations of Crude Oil and its Derivatives created by Article 1 of Decree No. 192. Province of Rio Negro Resolution No. 240/SAYDS/2017 issued by the Secretary of Environmental and Sustainable Development on 03/22/2017, published in the Official Gazette on 03/30/2017 It rectifies an error in Resolution No. 106/SAYDS/2017 that regulates the amounts and values of the annual rates established for hydrocarbons activities. Decreto N° 192/2017 dictado por el Ministerio de Energía y Minería el 20/03/2017, publicado en el Boletín Oficial el 30/03/2017 Crea el Registro de Operaciones de Importación de Petróleo Crudo y sus Derivados a fin de registrar las operaciones de importación de petróleo crudo y sus derivados sujetos a autorización, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto y a los procedimientos que dicte el Ministerio de Energía y Minería, a través de la Secretaría de Recursos Hidrocarburíferos. Es un proyecto de desarrollo de país, muy importante para el crecimiento industrial. Y lo es tanto porque trae precio de gas más bajo a mediano plazo, como también porque estimula una cadena de valor muy integrada, donde el 60% es componente nacional", explica. El empresario evalúa que el proyecto puede escalar hasta ser de US$ 5.000 millones, en una etapa siguiente. “Estrenan aplicación de precios en el surtidor”, publicado por Clarín el 03/04/2017 La aplicación de "precios en el surtidor" estará en la página del ministerio de Energía y se podrá descargar en cualquier smartphone. Una vez que el usuario la encienda, se mostrarán las estaciones de servicio más cercanas, con los íconos de las marcas (YPF, Shell, Axion, Petrobras, Oil en Buenos Aires, por ejemplo). Al clickear en los logos, se accederá a los importes de los surtidores en esos puntos de venta. El Gobierno le avisó a las estaciones de servicio que quería implementar este mecanismo desde comienzos de año. Desde allí, se vino trabajando en el desarrollo tecnológico. El ministro de Energía -Juan José Aranguren- anunció una rebaja en los importes del gasoil (en torno a 1,8%) y un aumento de las naftas (de 0,6%) el viernes pasado.
