All rights reserved.   Eng     ENERGY NEWS Reporte Mensual Marzo 2017 Novedades legislativas y regulatorias   Nación Resolución N°84-E/2017 dictada por el Ministerio de Energía y Minería el 17/04/201, publicada en el Boletín Oficial el 17/04/2017 Aprueba el Plan “Alumbrado Eficiente”, mediante el cual se busca ayudar a que las provincias y los municipios mejoren sus sistemas de alumbrado público.   Provincia de Tucumán Ley N° 8.994/ 2017 dictada por la Legislatura de la Provincia de Tucumán el 30/03/2017, publicada en el Boletín Oficial el 04/04/2017 Establece las condiciones administrativas, técnicas y económicas para permitir la conexión de sistemas de generación distribuida de energía eléctrica de pequeña escala, basadas en el uso de fuentes renovables de energía a la red de distribución de energía eléctrica. Habrá un Plan Energético Estratégico que se actualizará anualmente; se ratifica el objetivo de diversificar la matriz y desarrollar las energías renovables y la tecnología nuclear; y se promoverá la utilización de biocombustibles para contribuir a sustituir importaciones de petróleo crudo y derivados. “Nación acuerda con gobernadores y empresas bajar el costo de la energía”, publicado por Diario BAE el 21/04/2017 El Gobierno nacional comenzó a alcanzar acuerdos para abaratar los costos energéticos con empresas mientras que firmó con gobernadores un Acuerdo Federal Energético para coordinar con las provincias los criterios regulatorios y tarifarios, la definición de niveles de calidad para los servicios y el intercambio de información para garantizar abastecimiento seguro de energía “de manera confiable, inclusivo, competitivo y ambientalmente sostenible”, aseguraron desde el Gobierno. “Anuncian la creación de un Consejo de Energía”, publicado por Diario BAE el 20/04/2017 El presidente Mauricio Macri anunciará hoy un acuerdo con las provincias para garantizar el abastecimiento energético, sobre la base de mecanismos de coordinación entre el Estado nacional y los gobiernos provinciales y la creación de un “consejo federal de energía” que funcionará como órgano consultivo.
