| On October 31, 2017, the Argentine Supreme Court (CSJN) ruled on the merits of the “Harriet & Donnelly” and “Bayer” cases. In both cases, it accepted the taxpayers' claims, declaring that differential tax treatment in Turnover Tax, set forth in the legislations in force in the Provinces of Chaco and Santa Fe, was unconstitutional due to their lack of an objective parameter of distinction. The CJSN deemed the application of higher rates according to the different jurisdiction in which the taxpayers were located to be unconstitutional. |

| El 1 de noviembre de 2017, se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución N° 319-E/2017, dictada por el Ministerio de Agroindustria. La Resolución regula el procedimiento para el registro de las Indicaciones Geográficas (IG) y Denominaciones de Origen (DO) de la Unión Europea, y refleja el resultado de las negociaciones entre la Unión Europea y el Mercado Común del Sur (MERCOSUR) con el objeto de firmar un acuerdo de libre comercio. |

M. El 3 de noviembre, Walter Keiniger, junto con los asociados Eduardo Aguilera y Juan Pablo Osman, organizaron un desayuno de trabajo con clientes del estudio en el que expusieron sobre actualidad en materia de Precios de Transferencia.
María Paula Castelli fue oradora en el panel “Seminario Internacional: Tributación Energética en América Latina, Incentivos, Precios de Transferencia, BEPS y Protección a la Inversión”, en el marco del 17 Simposium de Tributación Minero Energética con sede en Lima, Perú, organizado por la Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía de Perú, llevado a cabo el 15 y el 17 de noviembre de 2017.
El 30 de octubre, Eduardo Aguilera expuso sobre la tributación de las plataformas digitales, en las XI Jornadas Nacionales de Derecho Tributario de la Universidad Austral, en el panel de “Tributación y Nuevas Tecnologías”.
